Created to mark the centenary of Bergwacht Leitzachtal, the publication brings together a century of mountain rescue, shared responsibility and community.

Challenge
The challenge was to transform a diverse collection of archival material, photographs and personal stories into a publication that felt coherent and contemporary.
Instead of relying on nostalgia, the design sought to honour tradition by revealing the values that continue to define Bergwacht today.
The editorial rhythm gives equal importance to text, photography and historical material, allowing each story to unfold naturally.
Rather than focusing on chronology alone, the publication highlights the individuals whose dedication shaped a century of mountain rescue.
